Introduction
Welcome to the Strive Conference. These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, attendance, and participation in the Strive Conference and are binding upon you.

Registration
All attendees must register for the conference through the official booking page on Ticket2u. Registrations are subject to availability and may close earlier than announced if the event reaches full capacity.

Registration fees must be paid in full to secure participation. Details of the fees, including any early bird discounts and deadlines, are displayed on the conference website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Commitment to Our Community: As a community-focused event, the Strive Conference is committed to looking after the interests of all our stakeholders, including guests, sponsors, artists, suppliers, and attendees. We understand the importance of fair and considerate treatment for everyone involved.

No Refunds Policy:

• Full refund up to 30 days before the event (minus fees)

• 50% refund 8-30 days before (minus fees)

• No refund within 7 days

Event Cancellation or Postponement:
Force Majeure: In the highly unlikely event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or public health emergencies), we are unable to issue refunds. We will, however, strive to reschedule the event or provide alternative solutions in the best interest of our community.

Changes to the Event

The organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to make changes to any aspect of the event, including but not limited to the date, venue, location, format (in-person, hybrid or online), programme, agenda, session times, speakers, panellists, entertainment, catering, inclusions and any other published detail. Such changes may be made at any time and for any reason.

Where a change is made, your ticket will remain valid for the event as varied, and no refund, credit, compensation or other penalty is payable by the organiser in respect of the change, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

The organiser is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, visa or other costs you incur in connection with the event, and recommends you obtain travel insurance and book flexible or refundable travel and accommodation.

Cancellation by the organiser. If the organiser cancels the event and does not offer a rescheduled date or equivalent alternative, the organiser will, to the extent required by applicable law, refund the ticket price paid, less unavoidable third-party costs (such as ticketing and payment-processing fees). This is the limit of the organiser's liability for cancellation.

Ongoing Communication: We commit to keeping our community informed with timely and transparent updates regarding any changes to the event schedule, including cancellations or postponements. Information will be communicated via email, our website, and social media channels.

No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Program Changes
The Strive Conference reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue, and timings at any time.

Substitution Policy
If an attendee cannot attend the conference for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the organiser, someone else from the same institute/organization.

Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data supplied during the registration process is collected and used for conference administration and for informing attendees about future events. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website for more details.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the organiser, its licensee, partners, and their respective officers, employees, and agents exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or injury of any kind — including indirect, consequential, or economic loss, and any loss of travel, accommodation, visa, or other costs — arising from or connected to the event, its cancellation, postponement, curtailment, or any change to it, or from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the organiser's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, the organiser's total liability is limited to the ticket price paid by the attendee.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the material presented at the conference belong to the Strive Conference or the presenters. Attendees may not use or reproduce such material without the express written permission of the owner.

Photography and Recording
Official conference photographers and videographers will be present at the conference. Attendees consent to filming, sound recording, and photography as members of the audience.

Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the conference. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

Event Offerings Disclaimer
No Guarantees on Speakers and Sessions: We plan our conference program carefully, but changes in speakers and sessions may occur. The Strive Conference reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or sessions.

Food and Beverage Quality: We select quality food and beverage providers but cannot guarantee individual satisfaction or dietary preferences. Efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs as indicated by attendees during registration.

Limitation of Claims: Attendees agree that no claims can be made against the Strive Conference for any program changes, including changes in speakers, food quality, or other services.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indonesian law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
By completing the registration process, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
