INAMICE 2026

Indonesia MICE Conference and Exhibition (INAMICE) 2026 is a professional conference focused on the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry, organized by the MICE Study Program of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Established in 2014, INAMICE has been held annually as a collaborative platform that consistently brings together government representatives, industry leaders, academics, and professionals to build networks, exchange insights, and discuss key trends shaping the growth of the MICE industry. Over the years, the event has also received support from the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia, strengthening its role as a credible forum for advancing Indonesia’s MICE sector.

The 2026 edition carries the theme “Empowering Jakarta’s Smart Economy through Digital Transformation in the MICE Industry.” This theme represent the evolving landscape of the industry and highlights how digital innovation and technology can drive the growth of Jakarta’s smart economy while enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of the MICE sector in the digital era.

1. Online Ticket
Provides access to the conference through a virtual platform, allowing participants to attend all sessions remotely. This category is open to students, professionals, and institutional representatives from various locations.
Benefits include: access to interactive sessions and an e-certificate.

2. Student Ticket
Provides on-site access to the conference for school and university students. A valid student identification card is required for verification during re-registration on-site.
Benefits include: access to all conference sessions, two coffee breaks, lunch, a conference kit, and an e-certificate.

3. Public Ticket
Provides on-site access for general participants, including professionals, practitioners, academics, and representatives from various organizations.
Benefits include: access to all conference sessions, two coffee breaks, lunch, a conference kit, and an e-certificate.

Terms and Conditions

INAMICE 2026

1. General Provisions
1.1 INAMICE 2026 is a professional conference focused on the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), organized by the MICE Study Program of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.
1.2 By registering for INAMICE 2026, delegates agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined by the organizing committee.
1.3 The event will be held on June 17, 2026, and delegates are required to follow all event schedules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the organizers.
1.4 The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary, without prior notice.

2. Registration
2.1 Registration must be completed using accurate and valid information, including full name, email address, phone number, and institution/organization.
2.2 The registration deadline for INAMICE 2026 is June 16, 2026. Registrations submitted after this date may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 Registrations are only confirmed after delegates receive an official confirmation email from the INAMICE Organizing Committee.
2.4 Only registered and verified delegates will be allowed entry into the conference.
2.5 The organizers reserve the right to reject registrations based on delegate eligibility, venue capacity, or other considerations.
2.6 Registration includes access to all conference sessions (subject to venue capacity), event materials, official badge, and light refreshments during the event.

3. Confirmation Letter
A confirmation email will be sent to delegates after the completed registration form is received and verified by the INAMICE Organizing Committee. Delegates are required to present this confirmation during on-site registration.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Delegates who wish to cancel their registration must submit a written request via the official INAMICE contact.
4.2 Cancellations made before May 27, 2026 will receive a 100% refund, minus administrative fees.
4.3 Cancellations made between May 28 and June 10, 2026 will receive a 25% refund, minus administrative fees.
4.4 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 11, 2026, or for no-shows.
4.5 If INAMICE 2026 is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, delegates will receive a full refund, excluding transaction fees.

5. Program Materials and Badges
5.1 All official conference materials and badges will be distributed at the registration desk on the event day.
5.2 Badges must be worn at all times during the event. Access to event facilities will only be granted to delegates wearing official badges.
5.3 In case of lost or misplaced badges, delegates may request a replacement at the registration desk.

6. Delegate Property
6.1 The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event. All items left unattended remain the responsibility of their owner.
6.2 Delegates acknowledge and release the organizers from any liability for personal property loss or damage.

7. Data Protection and Documentation
7.1 By registering, delegates consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (name, email, phone number, institution, etc.) for the purpose of organizing and executing INAMICE 2026.
7.2 Delegates consent to being photographed, recorded, or otherwise documented for INAMICE promotional purposes. These materials may be published on official INAMICE media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) without compensation.

8. Prohibition on Commercial Use
8.1 Delegates may not commercialize, reproduce, or distribute any INAMICE materials without prior written consent from the organizing committee.
8.2 Delegates found violating this policy may face legal action and be barred from participating in future INAMICE events.

9. Rights and Obligations
9.1 The organizers are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by the negligence of third parties.
9.2 The organizers shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by force majeure events.
9.3 Delegates must comply with all rules and regulations and refrain from actions that may harm the event’s reputation.
9.4 The organizers reserve the right to prohibit participation of any individual who violates these terms or acts against the interests of the conference.
9.5 Delegates’ rights are personal and non-transferable.
9.6 Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if approved and confirmed in writing by the authorized Organizers.
9.7 Delegates are bound by these Terms and Conditions, and any changes must be made in writing and signed by an authorized Organizer with full authority.
