Terms and Conditions:

• This show has a free seating system. Seats are not numbered, and the ticket holder is free to select the preferred seats in the category area they purchased. Each ticket category has a designated entry time to the venue. To ensure that you are able to select the seating you prefer for your ticket categories, you must be in line before your category group is let in. If you arrive late, your preferred seats will not be guaranteed.
• Please be aware of unscrupulous individuals who may attempt various methods, such as reserving concert tickets, providing reservation codes, buying and selling concert tickets outside the official system, or falsely claiming to be employees of the event organizer.
• Please note that the event organizer reserves the right to grant ticket privileges based on the information of ticket purchasers from the official source only and will not be responsible for any damage incurred if customers purchase concert tickets from third parties. In this regard, the decision of the event organizer is final.
• It is prohibited to resell or distribute concert tickets for advertising, publicity, or sales promotion activities without permission from the event organizer. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel concert tickets or deny entry to the show, as well as revoke any privileges associated with tickets sold or distributed without permission.
• Purchased concert tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, and changing seats tier/category  is not allowed.
• Concert tickets are the property of the event organizer and cannot be sold, refunded, exchanged, or transferred to others. If such actions are discovered, the event organizer reserves the right to cancel reservations for unpaid tickets or cancel concert tickets without prior notice and without any refunds. They also reserve the right to return the concert tickets to the system for resale.
• Purchasing concert tickets implies acceptance of the above-mentioned terms and conditions in their entirety.

Visitor Guidelines:

• It is strictly prohibited to take any kind of recording, whether it is in the form of audio, video, or live-streaming of the show using any kind of devices with recording function, such as but not limited to mobile phones, SLR/DSLR cameras, video cameras, tablets, and other recording devices.
• If ticket holders are caught violating the rules, they will be escorted to exit the venue without any refund.
• Prohibited to bring items such as drugs, weapons, sharp objects, explosives, and any other dangerous items, long flashlights over 30 cm, signs larger than A4 size, fans, foldable chairs, small ladders, balloons, balls, kites, drones, megaphones, pens with lasers, long umbrellas, and pointed umbrellas into the venue.
• Unauthorized food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue..
• Please take care of your valuable belongings as the event organizers and the venue are not responsible for any loss of property under any circumstances.
• In case there are violations of the rules and regulations, the event organizers have the right to deny entry and participation without refund or compensation for any ticket costs.
• Please allow extra time for travel and security screening at least 1 hour before the show starts.
