INAMICE 2025
1. General Provisions
1.1 INAMICE 2025 is a professional conference focused on the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), organized by the MICE Study Program of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.
1.2 By registering for INAMICE 2025, delegates agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the organizing committee.
1.3 The event will be held on June 25, 2025. Delegates are required to follow all event guidelines and schedules.
1.4 The organizing committee reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the event schedule, speakers, and venue without prior notice.
2 Registration
2.1 Only registered and verified delegates will be allowed entry into the Conference.
2.2 INAMICE reserves the right to reject registrations based on delegate eligibility, venue capacity, or other criteria.
2.3 Registration deadline: June 15, 2025.
2.4 Registrations will only be confirmed upon receipt of an official confirmation email from the INAMICE Organizing Committee.
2.5 Registration includes access to all Conference sessions (subject to venue capacity), light refreshments during breaks, and lunch.
3. Confirmation Letter
A confirmation will be sent via email after the completed registration form is received by INAMICE.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Delegates who wish to cancel their registration must submit a written request via INAMICE WhatsApp before June 16, 2025.
4.2 Cancellations made before May 25, 2025, will receive a 100% refund, minus administrative fees.
4.3 Cancellations made before June 11, 2025, will receive a 25% refund, minus administrative fees.
4.4 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 16, 2025, or for no-shows.
4.5 If INAMICE 2025 is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, delegates will receive a full refund, excluding transaction fees.
5. Program Materials and Badges
5.1 All materials and official badges will be distributed at the INAMICE registration desk.
5.2 Badges must be worn at all times during the event. Access to event facilities will only be granted to delegates wearing official badges. In case of lost or misplaced badges, delegates may visit the registration desk for a replacement.
6. Delegate Property Term
6.1 The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings due to fire or other causes. Left items remain the sole responsibility of their owner. INAMICE shall be expressly released from any liability for damage or loss.
7. Data Protection and Sharing of Contact Details
7.1 By registering, delegates consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (name, address, email, and phone number) for the purpose of organizing and executing INAMICE.
7.2 The collected information is necessary to process and complete the delegate’s registration (including sending a confirmation email).
7.3 Delegates hereby consent to all forms of documentation related to INAMICE, which may be shared and published in public reports or used on INAMICE’s official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) without compensation.
8. Prohibition on Commercial Use of INAMICE Materials
8.1 Delegates are strictly prohibited from commercializing any materials provided during INAMICE without prior written consent.
8.2 Any delegate found commercializing INAMICE materials without such consent will be subject to legal action and may be barred from attending future INAMICE events.
9. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
9.1 The organizers are not liable for injuries or losses caused by the negligence of third parties.
9.2 The organizers shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond their control (Force Majeure).
9.3 Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if approved and confirmed in writing by the authorized Organizers.
9.4 Delegates must comply with all established rules and refrain from actions that may harm or tarnish the reputation of the event.
9.5 Delegates are bound by these Terms and Conditions, and any changes must be made in writing and signed by an authorized Organizer with full authority.
9.6 The organizers reserve the right to prohibit the participation of any individual who violates these rules or acts against the interests of the conference.
9.7 Delegate rights may not be transferred to any other organization, company, individual, or entity.
By registering and attending INAMICE, all delegates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes agreement to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies established by INAMICE.
