Setiap transaksi yang berhasil akan mendapatkan email konfirmasi pembayaran.

E-Ticket berbarcode akan dikirimkan melalui email setelah transaksi berhasil.

E-Ticket hanya berlaku untuk 1 orang 1 kali kunjungan sesuai slot hari yang telah dipilih.

Pengunjung wajib mengikuti arahan protocol kesehatan yang berlaku.

Cara penggunaan E-Ticket:

1. Pada hari kunjungan pastikan E-Ticket Anda sudah siap untuk ditunjukkan ke staff BOTT di Venue
2. E-Ticket tidak perlu diprint. Anda dapat langsung menggunakan E-Ticket dengan memindai kode QR code pada Handphone Anda.
3. Mohon menyesuaikan tingkat kecerahan layar handphone Anda sebelum memindai kode barcode
4. Hanya E-ticket Anda yang berlaku. Bukti pembayaran tidak dapat digunakan untuk masuk

Tiket tidak dapat diuangkan, digabungkan dengan promo lain dan ditukar dalam bentuk apapun.
Anak dibawah umur 5 tahun tidak dikenakan biaya masuk
Pameran dibuka pukul 10:00 WIB – 22:00 WIB
